Have a Question for an Expert?
We've brought together experts, put them at a "round" table and let you loose on them for the evening to ask all the questions you haven't had time to research on your own.
This annual event is a MUST attend for new members! You'd be seriously challenged to find another venue granting you access to the diverse mix of experts we've put together.Of course, there's something to learn no matter the level you're at.
Here's a sample of our "Knight" experts:
Eviction Attorney
Property Management
Home Staging to Sell or Rent
REIA University
Private Money
Insurance
You'll even benefit from hearing the answer to other members' questions as they may ask about things you haven't thought of!
Please note: we try to rotate members every 10 minutes to give everyone their turn with each expert.
The Early Bird Meeting (5:45pm-6:30pm)presented by Barbara Drake will review the foreclosure class which took place last Saturday. If you missed it or if you attended and would like further information this meeting is one you will not want to miss!!

About REIA of Oakland
REIA of Oakland is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 run entirely by volunteers. There goals include providing education to our members, providing professional networking, and monitoring the political and legislative environment as it affects the real estate investment business. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Each month we have a different guest speaker, including national speakers on topics useful to real estate investors. The formal presentation is followed by a question and answer session.
That's cool that you guys are only run by volunteers! That is indeed a rarity. Do you offer any form of training for real estate investment? Granted I am looking at property in Carson, CA?
