We will be breaking out into 3 tables to go over as many deals as possible.
Come prepared!
There will be buyers and lenders at the meeting and this could be your chance to wholesale a deal or find the funding you need. There are some very experienced investors who will also be able to tell you if your deal is good, great, or a terrible mistake.
Bring all of the information you have and remember you only have one opportunity at a first impression so be prepared!
If you don't have a deal you are working, bring a deal you would like to do or a deal you have done in the past. You would be surprised what you can learn in a group like this. Ways to increase your profit, reduce your risk, or save on rehab.
Don't have a deal and never done a deal? Come and learn from investors doing what you want to do in the future. Write down every question that you have and come and have it answered.
