. One of The Nation’s Top Ten Art Fair is Now Accepting Applications From High Quality Original Artists

Artist Applications now being accepted for one of the Nation's Top Ten Art Fairs, The Ann Arbor 54th Annual Street Fair, The Original Ann Arbor Art Fair


Ann Arbor, MI – The 54th Annual Ann Arbor Street Art Fair, the original Ann Arbor Art Fair is consistently ranked in the top ten of all art fairs in the country. The Ann Arbor Street Art Fair is now accepting applications from visual artists for participation in the 2013 Art Fair. Located on the streets surrounding the historic Burton Carillon Tower and the tree-lined central campus of the University of Michigan, the Street Art Fair presents consistently high quality, all original work. The Street Art Fair has consistently been named to AmericanStyle Magazine's list of Top-Ten Art Fairs and is known for attracting collectors, corporate buyers, and gallery representatives. The combined Ann Arbor Art Fair draws more than 500,000 fairgoers from across the nation. The 2013 Art Fair dates are Wednesday, July 18 through Saturday, July 20.

"The 2012 fair was the best in recent history for our artists. We expect continued purchasing momentum through the 2013 fair," said Dayn Benson, board member of the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair. He also indicated that Submissions are being accepted via the on-line jury management site, ZAPPlication.org. To apply, artists must first register for a ZAPPlication account then complete the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair's application. Applications will be accepted through midnight January 15, 2013.
