The Real Estate Roundtable meets the 3rd Thursday of each month to discuss various industry related topics.  Top leaders in the Real Estate field come to a Detroit College to answer questions for home owners and investors in Michigan real estate.

This month's Panel of guest speakers includes:

 

Letitia Patterson, Realtor & Foreclosure Expert:

 

Letitia is a licensed Michigan realtor whose focus is helping investor clients. She is a certified foreclosure expert, and investor agent specialist.

She has helped clients purchase investment properties that are from Hong Kong, Vancouver, Malaysia, Turkey, London, Sidney and Singapore.

She had worked in commercial and residential lending since 2000 and has been licensed full time since 2006. She works with both commercial and residential investment properties.

Letitia's goal is to help as many investors as she can become multimillionaires through real estate investing.

 

 

Richard J. Sharp, Real Estate and Tax Attorney:

 

Richard is attorney with a masters degree in taxation.  Annually, He prepares approximately five-hundred (500) tax returns ranging from corporate to personal, both domestic and for foreign investors.  Through his experience with real estate investors, he is able to trouble shoot an array of issues ranging from legal to taxes and accounting.  By combining both taxation and legal services, the investor can avoid the many inefficiencies that occur when forming a business without the proper attention to taxation.  Due to the improved efficiency, investors can expect improved return on investment. 

  

 Erika Weichel, Title Company Agent:

 

Having extensive experience working with out of state and even out of country property owners and investors Erika Weichel has earned an incredible reputation for assisting out of area clients and connecting them with a full range of services from incorporating and banking to tax advice and real estate attorneys for maximizing investments and sales proceeds.

 

Erika Weichel boasts 17 years' experience in the industry and is actively involved with the Oakland County Real Estate Investors Association and is of course a member of the Romeo Chamber of Commerce.
