•How to get the Best Deals
•Why do most investors fail
Ian Watts has one burning passion – To Help Others Accomplish Their Financial Goals and Dreams! His Real Estate Investment career began with him purchasing his first investment property at the age of 19. Starting with no money, no team and despite many people telling him that he was too young to be a real estate investor, he systematically built a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio by the age of 26. Although Ian is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur, he credits his massive failures as what most qualifies him to advise clients and proudly lead Pierson and Company.
Bring your questions. This will be a very informative nitght. See you there!

About REIA of Oakland
REIA of Oakland is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 run entirely by volunteers. REIA goals include providing education to their members, providing professional networking, and monitoring the political and legislative environment as it affects the real estate investment business.
Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Each month we have a different guest speaker, including national speakers on topics useful to real estate investors. The formal presentation is followed by a question and answer session.
