REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) makes a Difference for Michigan Hosting Event at Local College

Michigan real estate investor club meets the 3rd Thursday every Month and they are the only Michigan real estate investing association that does not have dues and is open to public at no charge

This Month Meeting is Real Estate Attorney, experienced Landlord, 3/4 housing expert, and note buyer.

Metro Detroit real estate investors rejoice! The National Real Estate Investors Network, founded by Mark Maupin, is a local REIA group with monthly meetings for real estate agents and industry professionals to network and learn from each other. This is the only REIA in the area that does not charge a membership fee and all meetings are free to attend.

Most real estate investment clubs require a membership fee and forms to be completed. The meetings are only open to members and many of them require a fee at the door.

This local Michigan REIA has made a positive difference for local real estate professionals who enjoy meeting with a like-minded group of individuals to exchange information, trade secrets, find a mentor or learn who offers the best deal on property insurance, inspections, rehabs and more. More information about local real estate club events can be found at http://ourlandlordclub.blogspot.com

There are many Michigan real estate investors associations that host national speakers who are selling very expensive home study packages, CD's, DVDs, Books & Tapes, and weekend boot-camps for the rich. Yes, some of these events cost up to $5,000 to attend and many real estate investors are disappointed with the outdated, or lack of information provided. Mark Maupin, AKA, Mr Lease Option, has mentored hundreds of new real estate investors who say they get the most value from this Michigan real estate investment club than any other in the area.

This is a great time to begin a new real estate investing career. Prices are low and the supply of homes and investment properties is plentiful. Those who are new to the industry should learn all they can before getting started. There are many ways to invest in real estate, so it's a good idea to explore different avenues, including residential real estate development and investing in commercial real estate.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday evening, Feb 21, from 6 – 9 pm at the Wayne County Community College, Eastern Campus at 5901 Conner St in Detroit. This event is open to the public and meetings are free to attend. Visit http://www.MegaEveningEvent.com to learn more. This Month Meeting is Real Estate Attorney, experienced Landlord, 3/4 housing expert, and note buyer.
