Mark Maupin Appointed To Advisory Board

Mark Maupin Teaches Leadership Skills

Mark Maupin teaches that a leader who is respected will be a person that's able to care for the people around them and will be able to work to help others do well. The best leader encourages people to be leaders themselves. Learning to assign tasks is important, as this article will show.

Use a mentor, Mark Maupin states. Find someone whose leadership skills you trust, and model your behavior after theirs. Watch them for a while, and get an idea of how they lead and what makes them a good leader. You don't want to mimic them completely, but find what works about their style and incorporate it into a style that works for you.

Creativity is something that good leaders foster in their team. Creative thinking can help expand your company. Follow your curiosity when you feel safe to do so, and explore the possibilities out there. Believe in new ideas, no matter if it does not seem to fit right at this moment. This allows you to incorporate others' ideas into the overall plan, Mark Maupin suggests.

Never belittle your coworkers, Maupin says. Your subordinates will never respect you if you do not treat them with respect. Remember that you are not better than they are. Consider yourself fortunate to be a leader. Treating your coworkers as you would want to be treated will go a long way in developing a cooperative team.

When Mark Maupin was appointed to advisory board, he averred that in order to be a great leader, you must be able to communicate your vision to your team. Explain clearly what the common goal is, and instill a vision of success in the group. Getting everyone working together on something they all believe in cements your leadership role in the group.

Mark Maupin Conclusion

You don't want to be a lousy leader, Mark Maupin states. Beware of certain pitfalls, and be aware of what being a leader actually means. A willingness to learn and wanting to do the proper things are crucial to being a good leader. As a leader, you need to make the correct choices. To learn more about Mark Maupin, visit:

Michigan Real Estate Investors Learn How To Get Started In The Property Investing Business

Free Real Estate Seminar To Be Held November 21, 2013 At Wayne County Community College

Detroit, MI – The Michigan Real Estate Investors are hosting a free seminar designed to teach the average person how to get started in the property investing business. At least three respected speakers with extensive experience in the real estate investment field will be speaking: Ian Watts, Mark Maupin, and Roy Frank.

The seminar will be conducted on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the Wayne County Community College District Eastern Campus, Corporate College at Eastern Campus Cooper Conference Center, 5901 Conner Street, Detroit, MI 48213. For more information visit:
http://www.megaeveningevent.com/
The seminar is tentatively divided into two sessions. From 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Ian Watts and Mark Maupin will hold a question and answer forum pertaining to such questions as:
• Where do find the best buys on real estate?
• What are resources in our market to learn the real estate investing business?
• How do I write a buyer favorable purchase agreement?
• Learn how to put a great deal under contract to wholesale
• Learn the business of wholesaling real estate
From 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Ian Watts and Roy Frank will lead a discussion on:
• How to put your real estate license with a low cost real estate broker
• How to work without country real estate investors
• How to find real estate agents that work with investors
• How to make money in the Michigan real estate market
Ian Watts is a noted real estate broker. Through his firm, Pierson and Company, he has released information on turnkey real estate investments in Detroit - that are now available to the international investing community. Recent published reports have highlighted the migration of investor focus to U.S. real estate - citing greater instability in many regions, and a lack of value opportunities in other areas.

"For some time now, we've witnessed a severe decline in Detroit property values," commented Watts. "With a turnaround in Detroit real estate beginning to develop some momentum; now is the opportune time for international investment dollars to gain a foothold - while prices remain depressed. Real estate investments in Detroit represent significant growth possibilities, but we are hedging the bets for investors even more; we are building a portfolio of residential properties that are occupied and income-producing. Providing the international investor with a self-sustaining property - that will also appreciate in value as the market continues to rebound."

Mark Maupin is a very successful full time professional internet marketer.  Mark not only makes a nice living for himself off of the internet, he also employs a number of other contractors in his internet businesses.  That's right, Mark has developed multiple internet businesses.  When I met Mark in 2006 I don't think he was making a dime off of the internet.  Over the last seven years he has developed businesses that provide a nice income for his family - and others - through him.  Mark is a very transparent and generous person.  One of the best that I've seen in terms of freely telling other people how to generate income.  If you're interested in taking your business to the next level using the internet, Mark alone would be worth coming out to see.

Mark Maupin Coins The Term Online Business Optimization (OBO)

Mark Maupin Explains Difference Between Online Business Optimization (OBO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Troy, MI --Mark Maupin is well known throughout the United State as an accomplished and respected Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert. His company, Right Now Marketing, (http://rightnowmarketing.org/) offers such an all-encompassing range of services for his clients which differs markedly from run of the mill SEO firms, that he coined a new term to describe his internet marketing method. That term is Online Business Optimization (OBO). He recently spoke at Troy College and outlined how Online Business Optimization (OBO) differs from Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

"Online Business Optimization utilizes traditional as well as advanced SEO techniques simultaneously for multiple URL's while using the same primary key words. This results in total page domination for the client. The client's competitors are eliminated from consideration by page visitors. Whereas the focus of SEO is to place the client's website on the first page, the goal of OBO is to place many of the client's websites on the first page. Often eight out of the first ten spot in the search engine results point directly to the client," Maupin explained.
"Search results links take users to blogs, websites, videos, classifieds, press releases, Google Places, social media networks, articles and other strategic online destinations," he added. To read more insightful messages from Mark Maupin, visit: http://markmaupinonlinebusinessoptimization.blogspot.com/

Nonprofits and Houses

Have you thought about starting a nonprofit?  Have you started but not finished?  Do you have questions for an attorney relating to starting an organization?  On Thursday, October 3rd, Attorney Laura Griese will do a presentation on:

The Basics of Starting a Non Profit Organization

Also, have you thought about taking advantage of all of the low priced housing available in the City of Detroit and Wayne County?  Did you know that the County is holding an Auction in October for residential and commercial properties? Do you know anyone who needs a house for under $1,000?

On Monday, October 7th, Ms. Lanay Brown will conduct a seminar on buying inexpensive houses in the upcoming county auction.  Ms. Brown is an experienced real estate investor, author and speaker who has purchased from the auction before.

Both seminars will be from 6-8:30pm at the WCCCD Eastern Campus Corporate College in the Cooper room, located at the I94 and Conner exit.  There will be light refreshments and no charge for either seminar.  There will also be time allotted for those with businesses to share about them and to network.  Come on out and bring friends.
